Program Philosophy

Our Training Program is based on the philosophy expressed in Proverbs 22:6 from the New International Version of the Bible:

Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not turn from it.

We are commited to helping your child discover his gifts. We will encourage him to learn new skills, but will not force him beyond his abilities. A primary concern is that your child will develop a good self-image and the ability to interact appropriately with other children as well as authority figures. Religious education is not our focus, but we will incorporate Bible stories, snack time prayers, and religious songs into our school day.

It is our desire first of all to care for your child's emotional needs. Our most important goal is to help him love himself and then to love school. In addition to the emotional concern for your child, we seek to assist in developing social skills. With these needs well cared for, we believe that your child is then able to develop academically. We are prepared to enable academic development at each age in a manner that is appropriate to your child's age level and in accordance with his ability to handle it.
